24/7 PRAYER CABIN
Our prayer cabin and prayer trail is open 24/7 for you to come and connect with the Lord. The heart of abiding place is to create a space where you can come away from the business of life, away from the noise of the world and connect with the Lord. To abide with Him! Sometimes we need a reset, or a time to connect on a weekly basis outside of our normal environment. The first building we made on this property was the prayer cabin. Opened before any other event or activity we put the opportunity to connect with the Lord first. Spend time in the chapel with soft background music or walk the prayer trail, with optional stopping points along the way to reflect. Jeremiah 29:11-14 " For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord..."
Open 24/7 come anytime, enter through the back driveway, pull into the first left and park at the top. You'll see signs for the prayer cabin as well as the prayer trail. Enjoy!
MARRIAGE RETREATS
Sam & Nicki have been married for 33 years and overcome the trials of life together and separately. They understand the situations that union with another brings, in the joys and in the trials. Celebrate your marriage here at abiding place and grow stronger together! RESTORING THE FOUNDATIONS SESSION
Restoring the foundations provides hope for healing, freedom from life’s deepest struggles, and renewed purpose for living, by personally encountering God’s powerful LOVE, PRESENCE and PEACE. Sam and Nicki McKinney are certified in this healing ministry and will stand beside you as you encounter the Holy Spirit as He heals you in the deep places that man cannot go. It is one thing to know that God loves you, it is entirely another thing to experience Him loving you! Romans 5:5 "And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us."

Family Hang
Join us on the last Sunday of every month as we hang out around the campfire. From 5-7pm we gather by the prayer house enjoy a hay ride with the kiddos, and roast smore's over the fire. Bring your own hotdogs if you wanna roast your dinner!
Farm Friday's
Farm Friday's are in winter season, and will be the last Friday of the month until further notice.
We gather every Friday at noon for a bring your own picnic lunch, followed by animal care, and gardening. We work on a different project every week to teach the next generation of homesteaders how to grow their own food! All ages are welcome, and we also host homeschool groups for field trips.
